Why Are VELVEE Hair Extensions Better Than EVERYONE Else?
VELVEE Hair features the narrowest and thinnest wefts with the most hair per weft compared to every other hair extension brand in the world. Our super thin and narrow wefts make each weft virtually impossible to see and offers the most comfortable and seamless fit. Our new American made VELVEE Matte Tape makes each tape weft even more discrete because it limits light reflection on each weft. VELVEE Hair extensions are double drawn i.e. thick from root to tip, 100% virgin remy human hair, from one donor. VELVEE Hair adds length, volume and the appearance of strong healthy hair even if you don't have it naturally.
What is included in the VELVEE Hair extensions kit?
We offer three kits, Deluxe, Pro and Mini.

VELVEE Hair extensions come in five lengths:

How to VELVEE Hair extensions work?
VELVEE Hair extensions use a state of the art tape-in installation method. Our tape-in extensions are sandwiched between layers of your hair not between two wefts. Each weft stays secure with double-sided tape.
Do the extensions come ready to install?
Our new thinner VELVEE Hair requires you to add the tape to each weft before installation. Each kit comes with our new VELVEE Matte Tape. Adding the tape to the wefts will take less than 10 minutes.
Can I cut the wefts?
Yes, although we pre-cut the wefts, you may need to cut them even further to get the most accurate fit.
Can I use hot tools?
Yes of course! We recommend you do not go above 365 degrees on any hot tool and use a heat protectant. Do not use heat on the tapes.
Can I use product on extensions?
Yes, we recommend a heat protectant, but many women use shine spray on their hair. Make sure any product is away from the actual tapes.
Do I have to use a special shampoo?
No. You can use almost any shampoo. A hydrating or repair shampoo is what we like to use.
Do I have to sleep in a special way?
No, but we do recommend that you tie back your hair in a braid while you sleep or wear a silk cap.
Is one VELVEE Hair extension kit enough for me?
Yes, since our kits feature the most hair per weft of any other brand most women purchase just one kit at a time. However we offer extra hair for purchase.
Can I reuse my VELVEE Hair Extensions?
Yes, you can wear, remove and reuse your hair extensions for months depending on how well you maintain your hair. We have customers that buy new kits monthly and some that wait 6 months!
How do you install your VELVEE Hair extensions?
Prepare Your Wefts:
Lay your wefts on a flat surface, remove one side of the double sided tape and line up the tape with the wefts. The tape and wefts are designed to be the same size. Once you reach the end of the weft, DO NOT CUT the tape, just turn over the weft and continue the tape on the opposite side. Once you reach the end, cut the excess tape.
Section Your Hair:
Starting from the lowest point where you want your extensions to start, section your hair. Peel back one side of the double sided tape and position the extension just below the part of your sectioned hair.
Press Firmly:
Press the extension firmly in place to ensure a strong hold, then carefully peel off the remaining tape backing.
Blend Your Hair:
Allow your natural hair to fall over the applied extension, covering it. Press down gently again to achieve a seamless blend.
Repeat for All Extensions:
Repeat these steps for each extension, working systematically through your desired hairstyle.
How do you remove your VELVEE Hair extensions?
Prepare for Removal:
When you’re ready to remove your extensions, apply the VELVEE Hair Extension remover to both sides of the tape on top and underneath. Saturate each weft with the spray, the more you saturate, the easier it will be to remove your extensions.
Wait and Separate:
Allow the remover to sit for about 10-20 seconds, then gently start separating your hair from the tape. Take your time, do not rush the removal to avoid damage to your natural hair. The tape and hair will separate easily if the correct amount of remover has been applied.
Cleanse Your Hair:
Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo to cleanse your scalp and remove any lingering residue.
If you plan to reinstall your extensions we recommend not to overly condition your natural hair. Cleansed hair works best for the adhesion of the tapes.
Can you help with color matching?
We take great care in depicting the color of our hair extensions accurately. However, computer monitors may vary in the way our shades are represented. To ensure that you are getting the color that you envision, the best practice is to review the photos along with the various videos to get an idea of the way a shade will look in person. To get the best color match, we highly suggest ordering a color swatch.
Can I dye VELVEE Hair extensions.
Absolutely! However, if you do dye your extensions we recommend extra conditioning treatment after each wash to maintain their beauty.
Your order is processed and shipped within 1 day except if you purchase on a Saturday, it will not be shipped until Monday. All orders ship from Florida, USA. Shipping times range from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Preorders ship asap. Preorders typically take 2-3 weeks to produce, they are shipped immediately after we receive them from our manufacturer.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all VELVEE Kits. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 for all accessories.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your items ship.
What is the return policy?
Because of the hygienic nature of hair extensions we adhere to this strict return policy to protect the safety of our customers. All accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns. Due to the hygienic nature of the hair, clips and scrunchies, once VELVEE Hair Kits are opened, cannot be resold if returned. Refunds will only be granted for products that are defective or not as described. However, every VELVEE Hair Kit is inspected for quality and packaged by a VELVEE team member prior to shipping. VELVEE Hair Kits are not dropshipped or shipped from overseas. See our full return policy here.
