ORDER PROCESSING
For VELVEE Kits, place your order before 3:00pm EST Monday through Saturday and it ships the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. Everything ships from Florida, USA, and typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Any order that includes VELVEE Extension Spray or VELVEE Lift ships ground only. Genius wefts require up to two days processing time and ship within 2 business days.
Orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate checkout details, such as an incorrect shipping address.
- If a wrong shipping address is provided, customers have 1 hour after purchase to request changes.

- We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses entered by the customer. See our Wrong Address Disclaimer below for further details.

All items ship from Florida, USA. We ship exclusively with premier carriers like FedEx, UPS & USPS.
Due to the ingredients in our spray products, any spray product or kit with spray product is required to ship VIA GROUND. Any purchase without a spray product gets shipped via air.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes due to our processing schedule.
- If an order is already being processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.
If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery:
- The package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.
- If the package is not returned, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
