ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be processed within 1 day of order.  We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate checkout details, such as an incorrect shipping address.

  • If a wrong shipping address is provided, customers have 1 hour after purchase to request changes.
  • To update order details, please contact rachael@velveehair.com as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses entered by the customer. See our Wrong Address Disclaimer below for further details.

All items ship from Florida, USA. We ship exclusively with premier carriers like FedEx, UPS & USPS. Due to the ingredients in our spray products, we are required to ship VIA GROUND. We choose the fastest shipping time for your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.

  • The responsibility for customs fees falls on the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your country's customs office for specific regulations before placing an order.

🚨 Note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or additional charges imposed upon arrival.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes due to our processing schedule.
  • If an order is already being processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.

If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery:

  • The package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.
  • If the package is not returned, we are not liable for replacement or refund.

To avoid issues, double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

RETURNS

By placing an order, the customer agrees to cover the cost of any returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
