Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- You’ve simply changed your mind
- No longer want the item
- Reconsidered your purchase
- Decided the product isn’t right for you
- Wrong color selection
Due to the hygienic nature of the hair, clips and scrunchies, once VELVEE Hair Kits are opened, they cannot be resold if returned. Refunds will only be granted for products that are defective or not as described. However, every VELVEE Hair Kit is inspected for quality and packaged by a VELVEE team member prior to shipping. VELVEE Hair Kits are not dropshipped or shipped from overseas.
Please note:
- Minor differences in color are not considered defects. All VELVEE Hair extensions are made from real hair, and as such, slight shade variations can occur from batch to batch.
- Colors may also appear differently depending on individual mobile devices, computer monitors or other screen settings and lighting. These differences do not qualify as product defects.
Color Selection
At VELVEE Hair, we are not responsible for ensuring a perfect color match. By purchasing, you acknowledge that selecting the appropriate shade is solely your responsibility. Our obligation is to accurately fulfill the color(s) you select at checkout. By proceeding with your order, you agree to these terms.
Return Requests
In the event a product is defective or you think that you are eligible for a return, please contact us at rachael@velveehair.com and put the word "Return" in the subject line of your email. Please include your order number, the reason for the return in the body of the email, a photo of the item(s) and your phone number. You will be contacted within 24 hours regarding your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you would like to speak to someone regarding a special situation, please call 954-246-0428, if you reach a voicemail, don't worry, we make call backs up to 11:00PM daily.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any returns. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by the VELVEE team.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Hair must be returned in its original condition

Security netting must remain fully intact
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair that has been removed from its original netting.
If accepted, you will be credited the purchase price on your original payment method within 24 hours.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return and you do not see a credit on your account, please contact us at rachael@velveehair.com or call us 954-246-0428.
