Accessibility Statement

VELVEE Hair wants every customer to be able to shop our site easily, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We test our site with automated accessibility tools and fix issues as we find them.

What we've done

  • Added text descriptions to our images and videos
  • Made our FAQs and menus work with a keyboard
  • Let visitors adjust text size and spacing with their own browser settings
  • Kept checkout on Shopify's accessible checkout

Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing. Some parts of our site, including content from third-party apps such as reviews, may not fully meet these standards yet. We're working on improving them.
