Who gets it
Every VELVEE Kit, Hair Refill and Extra Piece order includes the VELVEE Coach for FREE. That includes orders you have already placed.
How to sign in
- Tap Ask the Coach.
- Enter the email from your VELVEE order.
- Enter your order number. You will find it in your order confirmation email, like #1234.
You only sign in once on each device. After that, the Coach opens right up.

Need more tape or remover? Ask the Coach and shop right from the chat. Your 10% is applied automatically at checkout when you use the email from your VELVEE order.

Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in any phone browser. To open it with one tap, add it to your home screen: on iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android tap the menu, then Add to Home Screen.
